Ney Studio began with the breath of the ney (the traditional reed flute) and the soul of Persian literature. Our name reflects the importance of roots—the deep personal and cultural stories that give everything meaning. Just as the ney longs for its source in the reed-bed, we believe every project seeks to reconnect with its own foundational story.

Founded in 2025 by Ali Motamedi, an Iranian artist and engineer, the studio builds on over a decade of experience across visualization, engineering, and interdisciplinary practice. Under his direction and insight, the studio brings together technical skill and poetic spirit, helping stories take their true form and reach the right audience.
